Services

Making optimum use of the existing software infrastructure and inclusion of new items is not always an easy task. As a vendor-independent supplier we keep in mind the customer's interests and the problem to solve. We try making better use of existing components, or recommend new elements if needed. Since most of our customers use Microsoft products in their core infrastructure for both servers and workstations, our staff's knowledge in this field is the strongest. But of course, we also increase our knowledge in other manufacturers that related with infrastructure like anti-virus, backup and virtualization solutions.

Infrastructure planning and implementation

  • Conceptual design and system planning tasks
  • Active Directory design, implementation, optimization at distributed enterprise environments
  • Optimization of server and workstation environments
  • Implementation of virtualized environments
  • E-mail infrastructure design, upgrade (Exchange)
  • Planning and implementation of server monitoring systems
  • Desing and implementation of high-availability server environments (clusters, distributed services etc.)

Migration, product change and upgrades

  • Version changes and planning of upgrades, testing and implementation
  • Replacement of products, planning of replacement steps, implementation of data migrations

Technical project management

  • Governing technical activities in projects
  • Preparing decisions and making decisions on technical questions
  • Technical background support in project management

Supporting operations

  • Designing processes for daily operations of business systems, preparing proposals
  • Designing monitoring and client management systems, fine tuning (SCCM, SCOM)
  • Periodic review of the operation processes and systems
  • Continuous consultation

Troubleshooting and problem solving

  • Second and third levels of support for server and desktop management problems, troubleshooting
  • Post-analysis of incidents
  • Optimalization and fine tuning of AD environments, servers, workstations

Server consolidation

Most people think that server consolidation is equal to virtualization. The simple virtualization makes easier to create more and more new servers: in real life servers are created for temporary reasons, but they remain for long term. This uses server host and storage also. This is not good for hardware resources and licensing.

We believe that our clients will carry the actual value of the consolidation if the whole server and application environment is analysed: the unused or non-utilized servers - whether physical or virtual - are consolidated.

  • Inventory and performance analysis of physical and logical server farm
  • Reducing the number of physical servers
  • Merging servers and functions, reconstructions and decommissioning
  • Reducing the number of logical servers
  • Virtualization of servers
  • Design and implement simple and unique server administration

Documentations

We deliver full range of documentations for the systems that we plan and support. If changes occur, documents are updated also. Our documents are created accoording to industry standards, thus they meet the expectations of supervisors and internal operating needs.

  • Creation of system plans, updating existing contents
  • Creation of operation guides, process and service descriptions
  • End user documentations
